     Does LV Photo Party only sell one package or can LV Photo Party customize a package for our event?

Q.
     What is the deposit amount to hold an event date?


A.
     We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and any custom package quote expire 10 days from initial quote. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. All major credit cards and checks made out to LV photo party are acceptable forms of payment.

     Does LV Photo Party travel outside of the Las Vegas area?

     LV Photo Party has the ability to serve any client nationwide through our local offices in almost every major city.
Q.
     Is there a fee for traveling outside of the Las Vegas area?


A.
     LV Photo Party will travel anywhere outside of the Las Vegas area to provide you and your guests with our complete services. Our minimum travel fee starts at $150 depending on location and required equipment needed per event.
Q.
     Does LV Photo Party have any additional fees or charges associated with booking an event?


A.
     There is a 15% service fee for setting up & tearing down of the equipment and taxes on the photos & holders.
Q.
     Does LV Photo Party accept credit cards, PayPal, checks or cash?


A.
     Yes - Las Vegas Photo Party accepts many types of payments.
Q.
     What space requirements does LV Photo Party need for a typical setup?


A.
     LV Photo Party requires a 10 x 10 space, dedicated 20 amp power outlet, a 6 foot skirted table, two chairs, and a walk through of the event venue no less than one week prior to your event date.
Q.
     Are there any other setup items that LV Photo Party requires to produce an event?


A.
    We ask that all of our client's give us at least 1 and 1/2 hours to set up prior to any event.
Q.
     What file size or type does LV Photo Party need for a custom logo overlay?


A.
      - EPS, PDF, PSD, Vector and/or AI files.
      - Custom Photo Backing or Marketing Flyers to be placed behind each photo - 4 x 6 vertical PDF.

     Last but not least, our major requirement is to have FUN and take as many fun photos with as many people as possible to ensure you and your guests have an amazing photo party experience!
